Video Professor donated 5,000 Getting started with your PC lessons to this effort built to increase computer literacy among Native Americans.

John Scherer donated about 2,000 tutorials to support this project, which offers free computer classes to children and adults.

Multi-Cultural Center, Green Bay, WI
Equipped this center (aimed at preparing individuals with the office and computer skills necessary to enter the modern workforce) with a variety of software tutorials.

This Computer Ministry distributes a refurbished computer to Habitat for Humanity homes. John W. Scherer and Video Professor donated a tutorial for each computer built.

Victory Junction Gang Camp, Randleman, NC
Video Professor donated 60 educational computer games to the computer lab of this camp, which was founded to help children suffering from chronic or life-threatening illnesses.

Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, Milwaukee, WI
Part of the rehabilitation process (in addition to the food, shelter, and clothing that the Salvation Army already provides) is distributing to those in need the skills necessary to build successful future lives. Over 6,000 students are estimated to be helped by John W. Scherer's donation to Modesto Schools. $270,000 in Video Professor OnlineTM memberships were contributed by Video Professor, Inc., and Scherer in an effort to boost computer literacy in the Modesto school system.
